The terms that apply when you use our website and place an order with Auralise. Please read them carefully.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Auralise website and the purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed between us.
- All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.
- We may cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a pricing error is identified, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
- If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid in full.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Where VAT is applicable, it is included in the price shown. The total price and any applicable charges are shown before you place your order. Payment is taken securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Our delivery arrangements, including free delivery and estimated timings, are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns & refunds
You may return eligible new, unused items within 30 days of delivery in line with our Delivery & Returns policy. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
6. Product information & safety
We take care to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly. Age recommendations are guidance and all product warnings, instructions and manufacturer age grades should be followed.
7. Intellectual property
The Auralise name, website design, text, logo and other website content are owned by or licensed to Auralise or THE DELTA COLLECTIVE LTD. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.
8. Liability & consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you different rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website at that time.
